with 127.0.0.1? no, 127.0.0.1 is your own computer and everyone's own device because it's a LOOPBACK address, and if you google on how ip addresses work then you know that it shows where the ISP is.

btw reporting sucks, if you want to get it shut down you should talk with tiktok to get them to terminate the account and then take the username for yourself so no one impersonates you again.

Protect your account by adding 2 factor authentication. You just need a mobile phone and the Authy/Google Authenticator app (any other apps that support TOTP may also work but not officially supported), scan the QR code and enter in the 6 digit code and you're done.
