We came of age at the same time as the internet. We learned all the weird tricks and work-arounds.
Most older people came up in a different world, and I’ve noticed that young people are used to everything working super smoothly as far as tech goes.
Which means neither group really knows how to troubleshoot anything or find the workarounds to easy problems. In fact gen-z, in my experience, know next-to-nothing about how the tech they use works
Maybe I should switch careers and go into IT
